Miscellaneous Administrative Time

It has come to my attention recently that many caseworkers have been turning
in timesheets that specify large amounts of "Miscellaneous Administrative
Time" (Code 5309). To be able to analyse more efficently what this covers,
we would be grateful if you would raise at your next Departmental Meeting
the following extended job code list based on observations of employee
activities, around the Practice.
The list will allow Individuals to specify with a fair amount of precision
what they are doing during their 'administrative time'.
Kindly begin using this job-code list immediately and let us know of any
difficulties you encounter.
