Layout

The layout is currently at a very early stage of construction, and you can follow the progress on the pages below. This section will be regularly updated and added to with more text and pictures as more work is done.

Construction

	Location, location, location Details the work we had to do to convert the former garage into a proper railway room.
	I love it when a plan comes together Plans which were painstakingly drawn, then rejected, until eventually I settled on one I was happy with.
	It begins Construction begins on the baseboard.
	Making tracks Track is purchased for the first stage of construction.
	On the right lines The track laying begins.
	The first train! With the first stage of track laying completed, the first trains are operated.
	All change! Changes are made to the plan and some “essential engineering work” is required.
	More track laying Headshunts and sidings and loops, oh my.
